Scaleup Vlaanderen is organized by the Belgian technology federation Agoria, by the startup accelerator imec.istart and by the collective center of the technology industry Sirris, hereafter 'the partners of Scaleup Vlaanderen'. This partnership is made possible with the support of VLAIO, the Flemish Agency for Innovation and Enterprise, within the framework of the 'Entrepreneurship' assignment that was awarded to the aforementioned partners. The goal of Scaleup Vlaanderen is to develop and strengthen the growth and internationalization of Flemish scale-ups.
For the partners of Scaleup Vlaanderen, the trust of the interested companies, entrepreneurs and partners is of utmost importance to achieve their goals. Therefore, they are also fully committed to process and protect their personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (AVG or GDPR).
This privacy statement explains who the processors are, gives an overview of the type of data processed, for what purposes, to whom they are transferred, as well as your rights regarding your personal data.
According to the agreements between VLAIO and the partners of Scaleup Vlaanderen, VLAIO is the 'processor responsible' within the meaning of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The partners of Scaleup Vlaanderen process the personal data in the name and on behalf of VLAIO and are in this respect the processors of the personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
